SOTG Lifestyle’s Kids Jiu Jitsu program is tailored to young students from ages 5-14, who want to begin the journey of fitness, mixed martial arts, and mental wellness.

The word “faith” holds a lot of weight but at the end of the day, it is all about having belief, both in yourself and in your practice. 

It is about being able to feel connected, even when you can’t see it, and trusting that the end result is on its way. 

In practice, having the belief that you already have what you want and accepting that you’re in the middle of the development process is important. 

Where you are is where you’re supposed to be and it’s going to manifest into your destiny.
