SOTG Lifestyle’s Kids Jiu Jitsu program is tailored to young students from ages 3-15, who want to begin the journey of fitness, mixed martial arts, and mental wellness.

Class Programs & Schedule

Lil Ninjas (Ages 3–4)

Our youngest students start with the basics of respect, teamwork, fitness, and focus. Each class is fun, safe, and designed to help toddlers build confidence, follow directions, and stay active while learning through play.
  • Monday & Wednesday: 4:15pm – 5:00pm
  • Saturday: 10:15am – 11:00am

Ninjas (Ages 5–7)

This program balances games, structured drills, and discipline. Ninjas learn the foundations of Jiu Jitsu in a playful but focused environment. Belt testing and life skill challenges keep them engaged and motivated.
  • Monday & Wednesday: 4:15pm – 5:00pm
  • Saturday: 10:15am – 11:00am

Samurais (Ages 8–11)

Samurais step into a higher level of training, including light sparring to develop body control and awareness. Students begin practicing leadership by leading warm-ups and demonstrating techniques. Respect and teamwork are emphasized as they build real grappling skills.
  • Monday & Wednesday: 5:15pm – 6:00pm
  • Saturday: 10:15am – 11:00am

Warriors (Ages 12–15)

Our teen program prepares students to transition into adult-level training. Warriors refine their technical ability, develop resilience, and grow their confidence. We encourage competition as a tool to build character, discipline, and leadership—not just to win medals.
  • Tuesday & Thursday: 5:00pm – 6:00pm
  • Saturday: 11:00am – 12:00pm

Each class is structured for maximum engagement and learning:
  1. Warm-Up & Movement Drills – Builds coordination, agility, and focus
  2. Technical Lesson – Age-appropriate Jiu Jitsu techniques taught step-by-step
  3. Partner Drills & Games – Reinforce skills in a fun, interactive way
  4. Sparring/Controlled Training – Introduced gradually to build safety and control
  5. Life Skills Tie-In – Emphasis on respect, teamwork, and confidence

  • Enjoyment: Our classes are designed to be fun, engaging, and challenging at the right level for each age group. Kids leave class smiling and excited to return.
  • Safety: Jiu Jitsu is one of the safest martial arts for kids. Unlike striking sports, there are no punches or kicks to the head. Students learn control, respect, and how to safely apply and release submissions.
